Returns & Exchange Policy
Returns and Exchanges can be made within 15 days of your item being delivered.
Cost for return/exchange shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

If return/exchange is due to a damaged item upon arrival, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damaged product in your email.

Shipping & Fulfillment

Shipping for all merchandise (ie.prints/tshirts/mugs/pillows, etc) within the continental U.S. is free.

Shipping for all merchandise (ie.prints/tshirts/mugs/pillows, etc orders made internationally is $10.99

Variabe shipping costs will apply for all original art (art pieces made by Louisxxx) and book purchases made within the continental U.S. and internationally and will be dependent on the size/weight of the piece and your location. The cost of shipping will be at the buyer's expense. Please contact support@powderfrench.shop to obtain shipping costs. You will be billed separately for shipping. Shipping must be paid prior to your art being shipped.
For merchandise order fulfillment, please allow 2-3 days for processing and an additional 7-10 business days for production and receipt of your merchandise. Each product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of bulk helps to reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions.
