Returns and Exchanges can be made within 15 days of your item being delivered.
Cost for return/exchange shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

If return/exchange is due to a damaged item upon arrival, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damaged product in your email.

Standard shipping for all merchandise within the continental U.S. is free.

Standard shipping for all original art within the continental U.S. is free. Paintings larger than 36" x 36" will be shipped unstretched in a tube. Custom shipping arrangements at buyer's expense can be made, please contact support@powderfrench.shop.

International shipping for all merchandise is $10.99.

International shipping for all original art $125 plus a handling fee that will be determined based on your shipping location. Please contact support@powderfrench.shop for final pricing information once item has been purchased via website.

For merchandise order fulfillment, please allow 2-3 days for processing and an additional 7-10 business days for production and receipt of your merchandise. Each product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of bulk helps to reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions.
